it fit but you have to swap the power supply out for safty. those no name 300w units will pop with a high end gpu installed and may take out your pc. look for a good 500w unit to make sure you have some over head for the gpu.

the power supply in it is bare minimum.if you want to take the risk of it poping and killing your pc go ahead. if your lucky it work fine. if not it may shut down during gaming.
