Will This Work Okay?

And if you guys want to know my hardware, there is going to be an AMD Radeon xfx 6850 gpu, the cpu stated above, an MSI 970A G46 motherboard, G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600.

I'd feel more comfortable with a 500 watt, but yes, that should suffice. There has been some talk on the site recently that the OEM that corsair uses for the builder series was using cheap caps and that the power supplies where suspect, but I haven't seen any articles. So as far as I know its just a rumor.

I am using Raidmax PSU's on two of the computers in my house. They have proven to be reliable. But that is not their reputation. The best power supplies right now are made by Seasonic. If you want a Raidmax, get 150 watts more than you need. The semi modular nature of the PSU's make them nice for cable management. But seriously, do not push the PSU and keep it clean, or it may damage your components.

If you'd rather keep looking then your criteria should be: 500Watts, 80+ bronze, ONE SINGLE 12 Volt Rail. There are many good multi rail power supplies out there, but at the lower price range, multi rail is a scheme to make bad power supplies look better than they are.
