Yes, but look for a better quality psu. Those strike x psu's are made by Andyson which is a bit of a hit and miss in terms of quality and reliability. And maybe save up and go i5 and put the rest towards a better gpu, like a gtx 760 or R9 280X

And, if you are not overclocking, save on the motherboard

Edit:

Actually that motherboard is an ATX form factor and would not fit in your mini itx case. You would need an ATX mid tower or better to fit that motherboard
