hi in the next month and a bit my birthday is coming up and im planning to update my dell dimension 9200 and i just wanted a bit a nudge in the right direction its my first time upgrading my pc ive sorted the ram and processor and i have found the graphics card i want but i wanted to be sure this would work with my dell dimension 9200 if not or if there is a better one what would you recommend in the price range up to £170 for games (it needs a hdmi output as i have to connect it to a tv)

Hi guys Dell PSU's are pretty useful and will run cards that would be a instant No No on any other PSU rated the same.
Give me a bit to check the specs of the card and i will get back to you. I will say im doubtful straight off the bat. Even allowing for the PSU being pretty strong my gut instinct says it will struggle to power that card.

Yes im pretty sure a PSU upgrade is needed for that card.
Whats the rest of the build like ? Which CPU and what res is the TV ?
