Hi, I'm building a new desktop and I'm wondering if my components can work together, if I need to buy any cables and if it's even smart to choose my set-up.

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-z77x-D3h
CPU Intel Core i5-3350P,s1155

GPU MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr Gaming,2GB

RAM Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 8gb
SSD Samsung 840 Basic 120GB

Optical drive ----
Cooling Cooler Master Hyper 412S

Hey wait, why are you going for the Z77 motherboard for the CPU which cannot be overclocked. Any H77 or B75 Motherboard should be just fine for this build. So don't waste your money there.

Also there is no need for an extra cooler for that CPU, since you cannot overclock it, so the stock CPU should just be fine.

And also can you just tell us your budget. We might pick a better build with the next gen CPU for the same price. Tell us your budget and we shall plan a good build for you. That is what we do everyday, so we are pretty good at this stuff. And we would love to help.

Yes, everything is compatible but:
1. I wouldn't buy that case. The panels are really thin and really easy to bend and you don't have many options to increase the airflow. I would suggest something like Coolermaster N300 instead.
2. Are you looking to OC? If not, you can save some money buying the H77 version of this motherboard.
3. You save some money by buying XFX 550W instead. It's better and you get 5 year warranty.

Thanks for your reply, my budget is under 800 euros. If it's possible I would really like to play Battlefield 3 on ultra settings online and no lag whatsoever. I really appreciate your help guys. And btw what does overclock mean? max out?
