Could I buy this computer http://www.bestbuy.com/site/lenovo-ideacentre-300s-desktop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-1tb-hard-drive-black-gray/4471700.p?id=1219751163969&skuId=4471700 , replace the PSU, and add a GTX 960?
Would there be any sort of issues?

In most situations when you buy something like you have posted the link too.

The motherboard used in the system can be a custom one.
What it means is you have to be careful for example the board may not come with a Pci-e based card slot on the motherboard, and may only use the graphics chipset on the custom motherboard.

The second is, with a pre built system the case can often be none standard ATX dimensions and a custom sized power supply may be used. A pre built system has no thought for upgrading or addition of new hardware as an option in most cases.

Meaning any standard power supply of ATX form factor you buy after it may not fit inside the case.
All of these things you should check to avoid disappointment or problems if you intend to try to upgrade parts in a pre built system by a vendor.

Looking at it personally it does not look like a standard form factor for a case, let alone ATX dimensions, so the PSU will be a custom size also, meaning you have no chance of fitting a standard ATX power supply.

My recommendation pass it up !
