AMD FX-4130 Zambezi 3.8GHz Socket AM3+ Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4130FRGUBOX
just wondering if this will fit my motherboard?

You can't, because your MB is the AM2/AM2+ MB, if you get the AM3+ cpu you need the new MB.
