Will this work with my PSU?

I was wondering if an MSI GTX 960 4GB OC Card (http://www.play-asia.com/msi-gtx-960-4gd5t-oc-geforce-gtx-960-4gb-gddr5-dvi-hdmi-3x-displ/13/7090hf)

and this i5 6600 (6500) (http://www.play-asia.com/intel-core-i5-6600-4x-330ghz-boxed/13/7096tt?gclid=CJ67qYPK0swCFXEz0wod0VAGiw)

Would work with a 430w PSU?

If not, could you recommend me a psu within a £30 - £60 budget?

Usually it should be good, but it depends on the quality of the PSU. Sometimes PSU brands exaggerate their rating, and in reality a 430 watts PSU turns out to be a 380 watts PSU. In this case your PC could malfunction due to the PSU not being able to deliver enough to the system.

The PSU is all important for stability and any intended OCs. Underpowered or failing PSUs can damage your system. Get the best you can afford and don't buy second hand.

A bronze certified 430W as you have chosen is bare bones minimum, cheap and nasty.

For your setup, I would recommend as a minimum a 650W gold certified unit and to provide for future expansion.
Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, Corsair Modular PSUs are all good.

Recomendations.
EVGA 650 W G2 GOLD 80+ Modular is a good unit but slightly above your budget.
Seasonic SS-650RM F3 - G series 650w '80 Plus Gold' Modular

That is a good quality unit with plenty of watts to power a gtx 960 and Intel i5 system.
Bronze, silver, gold rating etc. has nothing to do with the quality of the unit
your bronze 430w is not "cheap and nasty"

The certified rating of a PSU does not indicate quality however it has everything to do with efficiency.
and nowhere does my post relate to quality. XFX are a quality product.
"Cheap and nasty" is my opinion. Let the OP decide.

Recommended Wattage for Nvidia gtx 960 = 430W
CPU TDP draw on i5-6600=65W
CPU TDP draw on i5-6600k=91W
Not accounting for peripherals, expansion cards, extra fans etc

I stick to my original assessment. The 430W PSU is borderline.

Which is an opinion that can be proven false very easily. Xfx TS is great quality.

Recommended wattage for 960=430w
He has a good quality 430w. Hmm must be perfect

Yes, you could even overclock it more and you will be good on watts
