Hi,

will the Gigabyte Auros pro ATX. B450 work out of the box with the above processor and is it a decent board? It is on budget and available.

Probably. The 3600 requires an F40 BIOS or newer. That BIOS was released over a year ago. Usually the box will have a stricker on it saying it is "3000 ready" or similar.
Could you get a board that has sat in a warehouse for a year? Maybe, but it isn't likely.
