Yes but....

This is when you look at the manufacturer specs

That is a PCIe 4.0 drive.
Your motherboard has PCIe 3.0 slots.

It will work, but only at PCIe performance.
You'll not see any real difference outside of benchmarks. But when you do see those benchmark numbers, that is the reason it appears "slow".
