Will this work

I have created my PC build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/ashleygratton/saved/BfXV3C but at the bottom it says this 'ASRock B85 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 port' will these work together if not what can i do

Yes they will work together. Its just that you won't have usb3.0 ports on the case. If you want to use usb3.0 ports, you'll have to use the ones at the back of the case on your motherboard. I'd buy another case - with usb3.0 ports in it.

Well to put it simple, you will not be able to use front ports for USB 3.0 , you can connect the USB 3.0 connection on the board with 2.0 on the case and they will work (as 2.0). But if the USB 3.0 are at the back as port than they will be functional , I.e they will be discreet ports than connection pins. Check your designs.

So do i need to change the MOBO or case to use USB at the front. I honestly have no idea

The case i dont mind changing really just one i picked out so will another case allow me to use USB at the front

Most newer cases have both usb2.0 and usb3.0 ports in the front of them.

You just need a case with USB 3.0 ports on the front panel, there is a version of that case with USB 3.0 ports on the front called the HAF 912 Advanced.
