The Kingston stick, I believe are their newer High density, using 4Gb memory chips), with the mobo being a Dell H61, I'm not sure their BIOS will support them - I'd drop a PM to Kingston's rep here on the forums, PM to Kingston HQ

i really need a quick answer if you could tell me if it works or not quickly i would be thanksfull.
if it doesnt work can you give me an amazon link to an 8 gigb 1333 ddr3 ram that works on that motherboard.

I'm not absolutely positive - I don't think so, that's why I suggested Pming KingstonHQ, they can provide a true answer. It was good you know about the high/low density, we have many folks here that still think if it's DDR3 it will work, and this high/low density has been an isue for a few years now, very few know about DDR3 and XMP based vs PnP based also (not applicable here, but you get the idea, a lot of people think they know DRAM and don't 😉

thanks i will do this Pming KingstonHQ thing but im not really that active on Toms hardware and dont know that much about it so whats pming?
