Hello, I have a few delta fans with one RPM monitor wire attached to 3-pin connector, and two power wires attached to 4-pin molex, I will connect those fans to Sunbeam Rheobus-Extreme fan controller with molex to 3 pin adapter.

My question is: Can I plug the rpm connector to the motherboard fan jumper while connect fan power to Sunbeam. Through this way, I can use sunbeam to control the fan speed, and supermicro software to read the rpm? I wonder if this way will work?

You could try it not sure if it will work. I dont think it will hurt anything by trying but dont hold me responsible if it does hurt something. :lol:
