No it's not going to bottle neck. That's like the perfect budget gaming set up. Expect good FPS with low to medium settings in 1080p

In 99% of games you should see very little bottlenecking. This said there are some games that loves threads like GTA 5 that will see some bottlenecking. Not as much as the FX-6300 so it should be fine.
