How will this build perform

CPU - Intel Core i5 - 9400f
GPU- Galax Geforce GTX 1660ti(1 click OC)
MOBO- Asus tuf b360 pus gaming
RAM - corsair vengence lpx 16gb ddr 4 2400MHZ
SSD - Samsung 860 evo 250 gb
HDD - WD blue 1 tb
CASE - Corsair Spec 05
PSU - Corsair CX 450

Target is 1080p gaming. I am still confused about mobo and ram, if any good suggestions pls help

It's a pretty solid 1080p high hz gamer.

I suggest getting a min of 2 x 8gb of 2666mhz ram, which is supported out of the box.

Everything else, including mobo is fine. But what about PSU? YOu should get something decent in there with your new hardware.
The CX450w isn't a bad PSU. If it's pre 2017, then it might be worth considering a better unit though. 450w is recommended for your GPU/CPU, but if you were going with 450w only then I'd be looking at a reputable gold model PSU. Something like this:

I'd prefer a good 550w unit in there for a bit of headroom for moving to a more power hungry system or adding more hardware.
