Looks pretty good. Only change I would make is the mobo to the Asus P6T LGA 1366. The other changes I would make are just personal preference.

You can go cheaper on the PSU unless you want SLI later:

The GTX 285 is better and only a little more expensive, less power consumption when idle and only a little more when under load:

kept psu - just in case

kept gpu - already over budget D=

got a sata drive with lightscribe for 2 bucks more - lite on
