Will this Xeon Mac Pro Make a Good Gaming PC??

I found this ol Mac Pro on eBay. Could I make this into a great gaming PC?
Apple Mac Pro A1186 Tower w/ Dual Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.80GHz 4GB RAM 500GB HDD

No OS installed. What do you guys think?

By modern standards? No, not really a gaming rig. OCing is out of the question and GPU support is very limited.

They are reliable, workhorse rigs that tend to last forever.
