Will a gtx 1060 and 8gbs of Ram bottleneck threadripper 1920x

Its always good to have extra power in CPU. The GTX 1060 will operate at maximum capability.

This is how it should be. It's only bottlenecking when the processor is under powered than the GPU.

Only 8GB of RAM, YES it will bottleneck any Threadripper.

1x 8GB single stick = single channel
2x 4GB sticks = dual channel

Threadripper works best in quad channel
