I want to upgrade my Video Card to Titan X. Will it work on my pc with Shadowplay?

PC Spec:
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E33 (MS-7817)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs),~3.4GHz
PSU: Codegen 500x (Made in 2013/04) 500W
Ram: 2x DDR3 4gb in total 8 gb
Graphics: GeForce Gtx 650 Ti

Do i need to upgrade something more?
If not can it work with GeForce Gtx 1080?

I think it will work. 8 gb of RAM would be my only concern.
