will two different types of case fans for front intake affect performance?

I'm planning on getting two corsair ml fans for my case that already comes with 1 front intake fan.

Fans need not be identical.
Your plan of two front intakes and a single exhaust is very good.
If the front intakes are filtered, your parts will stay clean.
