the case have 290 mm of card clearance so if the card is less than 11 inches in length then u are okk if not then it will not fit ......generally a 3 fan card will not fit the case......you dont need a full tower a mid tower case is enough for sli or cf ....just get a case with enough card clearance ....

In any mid tower sli is possible, so yes, t will fit, just remember to increase airflow to case

You can fit the cards no problem and you will get no bottlenecking.
