so been browsing what cpu to upgrade to come to the conclusion to get the 2600 but realized now that the upcoming 3600 should be as the 2700x on paper.
Is the tech radar article on ryzen 3rd gen anything to trust because they're saying that the r5 3600 will be 8 core 16 threads and clock speed of 3.6GHz to 4.4GHz and that is pretty much a r7 2700x. The 2700x's Cinebench score is 1783 according to cgdirector's Cinebench scores and the 2600's score is 1307 and that is a pretty big performance gap so is this any accurate?
because if I'll get a performance boost of over 30% with the same price I'm willing to wait a month or two longer to get it.

Nothing official on actual launch yet of 3600-3800X yet, but, most are still speculating July for actual delivered processors...(many are speculating on a demo/announcement etc in May?)

If AMD's claims of their 8 core matching/slightly exceeding the 9900K in even Cinebench are accurate, it will be interesting to see the all the gaming comparisons shortly after delivery...; might be 'good times' for shoppers/builders again!
