Hello my current system is:
I7 4790
GTX 1050 TI 4GB
16 GB ram
256 GB SSD
500GB HDD

Im looking to upgrade gpu willi get any performance with the gtx 1650 super and what do u recommend other than that

Yes it will give you much better performance. You can also consider the 1660 Super for even better performance. It should balance well with your CPU.

btw what psu should i get because i dont know good power supplies
With your configuration a good quality 450w or above should be fine. This should be helpful...

Try to stay within Tier B.

sorry one last question because i saw somebody saying something about a 6 pin connection do u know what that means and how can i make sure i dont run into any problems

Some cards have additional power connectors to distribute the power draw evenly. Most of the good quality PSU units do come along with 6 pin connectors. As mentioned above, if you stick to Tier B (1ST Section) or above, it should be fine. In case it doesnt come with it, you can use a splitter. Depends on the card and PSU that you choose.

Yeah! The 1050ti is just very entry level! You could theoretically go up to a 2060s without a Cpu bottleneck... But the 1650 super is good or I'd recommend a RX 580 8GB which will show good improvement!
