[SOLVED] Will upgrading my CPU increase performance in games if so what one should i purchase?

Title says it all im looking to get a new CPU to increase my fps in the games i play with are rocket league and euro truck simulator. I dont really have a budget however i cant afford an Intel core i9 so anything other than that really, also is there anything else i should upgrade before i go for a new CPU? Thanks!

You'd really need to upgrade the MB as well, which probably means upgrading memory too. Here's your MB's supported CPU's

Depends what your budget is obviously but I would say new mobo, CPU either i5-8400 or Ryzen 5 2600, 16MB RAM and an SSD. Keep the GTX 1060 and the HDD. Reuse the case and PSU as well if they are decent.
