Will upgrading my ram make a difference

I just want to know if they crappy ram i have at the moment means i aren't getting the most out of my gaming rig. I need to know whether to upgrade it to something along the lines of corsair vengeance.

well, as long as your ram is ddr3 1066, you wont notice a big difference in gaming. also try to get 8gb or more.

what is crappy ram, how much do you have already, why do you think ram would upgrade it.

that's like saying would a new engine make my car go faster. well what car, what engine, we need more info.

It might show a marginal improvement in a benchmark but you won't see any difference in gaming unless you don't have enough. There is no need for more than 8GB for any game on the market today. That should hold true through this year also.
