Question will upgrading my ram to one with a higher speed to match my cpu increase performance?

I have a AMD Ryzen™ 7 2700X and it says it requires 2933 MHz system memory currently i have 2 8GB (16GB) that runs at 1333 HMz if i upgrade my ram to say 2 16GB ram sticks that run at 3000MHz will it boost my performance by a noticeable amount?

AMD Ryzen 7 2nd Gen 2700X (3.70 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB GDDR6
16 GB DDR4
240 GB SSD
2 TB HDD

Ddr equal double data rate. Meaning your current 1333 is actual running at 2666. 3000 will show 1500.

Ryzen does seem to feed on memory speed so you may see an increase in performance. I cant say how much, but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable about the ryzen platform will chime in.
