i read that lower ram can cause damage to cpu or motherboard bug doesn’t only decrease fps?

Single Channel vs. Dual or Quad Channel makes a difference in FPS, yes.

No lower ram does not damage a CPU. Depending on the CPU you have it will have a minimum/maximum speed that it can handle. Lower speed just means the CPU works a little more but nothing that will damage a CPU.

Whoever told you that it was gonna damage your CPU probably meant that using low RAM speed on a Ryzen 3600 is like shooting the CPU in the knee and crippling it's performance

A 3600 should run 3200/3600MHz RAM.

In some title a few fps and some other 10 to 20 fps. Ryzen just run better with faster RAM.

Well I don't have money for new ram at the moment but I will upgrade in the future
