Will using a 1080p 60hz Screen Bottleneck me?

Hi, I'm going to be building a new PC with a GTX 970 and an i5 4690k and I was wondering whether or not running PC on a 1080p 60hz monitor would be bottlenecking me and then making my parts a bit invalid.
Any help is appreciated.
