Will using this PSU hurt my system over time?

My main question is that will this PSU be able to handle all this hardware for a long period of time? I currently have this PC built and running and it works but I am just wondering if this PSU is not delivering the right amount of power to some places?

No, you will not be able to use it. The GPU requires a minimum of 550-650 watt PSU to run (I know it states it as <400 watts power consumption, but you need the excess power). I recommend a Corsair TX 650 watt PSU.
