CPU - AMD A4-4000 Richland 3.2GHz Socket FM2 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor AD4000OKHLBOX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113343)

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277)

GPU - ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121633)

PSU - Rosewill RV350 350W ATX 1.3 Power Supply (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182006)

HDD - Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive - OEM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136769)

My main question is that will this PSU be able to handle all this hardware for a long period of time? I currently have this PC built and running and it works but I am just wondering if this PSU is not delivering the right amount of power to some places?
