Will Vista work with these components?

I want to use this processor....AMD A6-5400K APU 3.6Ghz Dual-Core Processor.... on a MSI AMD A68HM-E33 V2 Micro ATX Motherboard....with Windows Vista OS. Can this work? Will I need to upgrade my OS to a newer version of Windows to make this work, or will these components work with Vista?

No. Your motherboard only offers drivers for Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. They skipped Vista for some reason.
