Can Watch Dogs run on this system?

CPU: Intel Core i3 550
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 OC Ed. 1GB GDDR5
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB DDR3 1333

Doesnt matter if it's on Low Settings, I just want to know if it will be able to run

Your PC should run it on low settings. You're safely above the minimum requirements, aside from RAM, and I've heard many people say 4GB is still enough for low settings.

This is a video of someone with the same GPU as yours, and a weaker CPU than yours, running it. He's running at 720p on medium, so you should either manage the same settings, or 1080p on low.

My screen resolution is 1600x900 so that makes it above 720p but less than 1080p
