[SOLVED] Will WeMod work with a dual core?

I am trying to install WeMod on a Pentium G3420 dual core. (Got a quad core coming). It installs fine, but when I click on the icon to start it, all I get is a black window. Nothing happens.
No virus software other than what is built into W10.

16GB DDR3 1600
RX 5500 XT
Win 10 Home

Yes, but I didn't see that answer.
I only have an Intel iGPU right now. My dedicated graphics card has not arrived yet. I was just trying to install some software "ahead of the game" so to speak. Do you suppose that is what the problem is? No hardware acceleration using the iGPU?

Do you have the Intel video drivers installed, or only the default Windows drivers?
