Will Windows 10 override the AMD drivers?

I'm getting RX 480 Gaming X card. It's on the way. I just have a doubt: If I install the latest crimson driver from AMD website, will Windows 10 override that installation and install the latest WHQL driver?

i've not had win 10 install over my amd drivers. think it was a problem early on that they have fixed. i know the latest insider build adds an option to block all drivers from windows update by default. so not too much longer and everyone can just set it to not update drivers at all.


but you should be ok. i'm running the newest drivers as well and update has not messed with them

Just turn off device driver update in windows 10
