Will Windows 7 ISO work with Windows activation key

Hi there! I want to reinstall Windows 7 on my pc and I don't have the cd. Will it work with the ISO? I got windows 7 professional sp1 I want to install it today . I have the pendrive bootable and the ISO on it. I used Windows 7 usb cd tool. Please quick replies!!!! Thanks in advance

Yes it will as long as your activation key is legitimate. Do not use an ISOs that you found from various download sites or torrents. The official ISOs are available from Microsoft through the Digital River download service
