Will Windows 8.1 64 bit be compatible with this motherboard?

Hello! I have a stupid question that I am sure some of you guys will scream at me for. Is windows 8.1 64 bit OEM compatible with my motherboard. I assume so but the motherboard says it is compatible with XP/7 but does not mention 8. The links are down below to the motherboard and the OS I wish to buy. Thanks.
