I currently have an HDD and I am looking to buy a small SSD that will not have enough storage to install Windows on, but the HDD that I mentioned, does have Windows on it. Basically I want to have Windows on the HDD and games and other apps on the SSD. Will I still get a quicker boot up time when powering up my computer even though Windows is not installed on the SSD but on the HDD?
