Will Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Work in PC with dongle?

Hello I bought the Sony MDR-XB950BT wireless Headphones with NFC bluetooth
what i want to ask is will it work on PC if i buy a normal bluetooth dongle? or do i have to buy a specific dongle to make it work
