As long as you have the proper cable to go from the GPU to TV it will work just fine.
Note: You might have some input lag as that is more common when using TVs than monitors. If I were to make a quick bet you TV has HDMI inputs on it and your card should have HDMI output so you should be able to use HDMI to connect them.
