Will xenon E5 1620 bottle neck a GTX 1050 ti

Hi guys, I am going to buy a new pc, and because of low money i will buy i workststion hp z420 with a processor XEON E5 1620
will it have a bottle neck with GTX 1050ti ?

Not a chance. It's basically an i7-3820 with no OC ability but has ECC support that the i7 lacks.
