[SOLVED] will xeon w3690 bottleneck vega 64, with\without oc?

well i aim to play at 1080p 144hz at 100-140 fps ultra settings on most games.

will this system provide it?

2x4gb ram ddr3 1333 on triple channel
psu 650 bronze corsair
IM NOW WITH rx 590 nitro. thinking about replace to vega 64.

or maybe to oc my current gpu and cpu?

is my cpu bottleneck? an oc even worth it?

will my psu survive?

it's not worth it upgrading too vega 64 stay with your rx 590 and upgrade your cpu and platform
you will even get +30 fps if you upgraded to ryzen
get a b450 mb, ryzen 5 2600 or 3600-and 16 gb of ram minimum 3200 mhz
