Just a simple workstation for programming, and running multithreaded tasks.

I want it for mainly as a workstation for programming, and doing machine learning.

Can I run CUDA optimized code on that GPU?
And does everything look efficient, and compatible?

Solution
Air cooling would a lot cheaper.

GTX660 is a bit dated. GTX760 would be a slightly better option in terms of CUDA capabilities, though both can run it.

Latest would be a GTX970 or GTX980 which would have the latest CUDA cores.

Aside from that it looks pretty good.
