The 8350 will probably be a bottleneck on any current AAA title. It is an old CPU and is not that great. If you are going to buy a 8350, then dont. But if you already have the 8350 and want a GPU upgrade, then go for it as it wont be that far off.

A bottleneck just mean the weakest link. Every system has a bottleneck and pending the application that can change. So dont get hung up on the verbiage.

Dont worry so much. Im using a gtx1050ti with a fx4300 and get 150fps in overwatch and csgo. If you are going to play cpu intensive games you will drop to 40fps. Depends on the games you want to play

1050ti and 8350 complement each other pretty well, you could even go with a 1060 or 580 if you wanted.

For some newer AAA titles and CPU intensive games the CPU will struggle abit, but for eSports titles you should be perfectly fine.
