will zotac nvidia gt730 2gb ddr5 run smoothly on my pc ??

I have a PSU and The sticker on my power supply says 230v...I read the specs of this card and it needs 400W of power supply but I know my power supply in volts only...need help

take a picture of psu sticker must say wattage maybe you missed it
