Williams CPU boards

I have 2 non working ones that I've been playing with, does anyone know
of a good site with troubleshooting for these?
The one is totally dead, I changed out the Ram and did the 5v
conversion, nothing comes up on the screen, I've even swaped out a know
good Rom board, and the LED doesn't even light up?
The other (ram swap also) just shows a yellow screen??
Aby ideas?
