These spikes started yesterday. I haven't done anything outside of the usual, playing games, browsing the web, etc. before it started.
I just downloaded the latest windows 10 update (30 minutes ago) thinking that it may have been my older windows version that did it, since I read all over the web that it happened due to an update, but to no avail.
Besides that I've tried every trick in the book, I've spent a combined 7.5h since it started on trying to find a solution. Everywhere I go I either see solutions that I've already tried or solutions that don't work for me.
Specs:
Intel i5-6600K 3.5GHz
16 GB RAM
GTX 1060 3GB
Motherboard: B150 Gaming K4
SSD: ADATA SU800

Windows version and OS-version:
1903, 18362.175

The PC was custom built and I've had it for nearly 2 years now and before this I haven't had any trouble with it at all.
Thanks for any help, even if it's something I've tried please just recommend it so that I can go through everything a second time atleast.

Did you use Windows Media Creation Tools to create your bootable USB installer prior to the reinstall? Which BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?
On the Windows Media Creation Tools, I have no clue, the PC wasn't built by me and I can't easily contact the guy who made it.
And I haven't updated my BIOS in a long time. Do you think it might be the problem? If so I'll update it ASAP.

And thanks for getting back so quickly!
