Win 10 1709 having to login twice

Just upgraded to Win 10 1709 and now I am asked for my password twice before I can get to my desktop. I use a Microsoft account to login. Previously on build 1703, I only need to enter my password once. anyone else experiencing this, and have you found out why/solution to login once ?

Update: I found the solution.
Settings/Accounts/Sign-in Options/Privacy/ "Use my sign-in Info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart" = OFF
