Question Win 10 1809 Causing Microsttutering?

Well I have a big problem with the microstuttering ... I changed everysingle Comp of my pc cuz i was having the microstuttering issue so now i have a new PC but i still having microstuttering the thing is that i didnt change the Monitor so maybe that can be the problem but im not sure. But i need to know if updating win 10 PRO to the last version can be causing this Microstuttering cuz this is anoying. Sorry About my enlgish.

Hello

After releasing a new built, Microsoft continuously pushes petty updates to your Windows every now and then, unless you've disabled Windows updates manually.

That said, can you please check if Windows is updated, it doesn't have any virus or malware, and that the graphics driver is updated as well.

If everything is in place, and the issue is still there, please try rolling back the graphics driver to any of its earlier built and/or removing the most recent update Windows has automatically installed (in case Windows updates were enabled).

You may also want to check if any BIOS update has been released by the vendor.
