I have: Biostar N68S, Athlon X2 250 3.0 MHz, 2x2gb pc2-5300 RAM, Geforce 7900GS 256mb, Biwin 128gb SSD

Win 10 crashed and I just did a clean install of Win 10 32 bit. Before I do a setup, I thought - maybe go 64 bit install. N68S states it can handle 8gb RAM. Performance wise - is it worth getting 2x4gb DDR sticks and install 64 bit?
Thanks so much. Doug

Thanks, LordPrometheus. I forgot to add usage. Computer main functions: Browser with 25 tabs open, simple games, RTCWolfenstein of 2010? vintage is probably the heaviest demand game. LOL

Installed Win 10 x64 - works on Biostar N68S, Athlon X2 250 3.0 MHz.
First, I checked coreinfo (MS download) and those 4 instruction sets were there: CX16, NX, SSE2, PAE. I don't remember seeing PAE there but seems like any desktop CPU made in last 10-12 years would have it.
Now, I'll see if my usage would benefit from changing from 2x2gb to 2x4gb sticks.
