Question Win 10 BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, Need help plz

What is the problem? I couldn't open the dump files. The fact that the RAM is new doesn't exclude it from failure; new things fail all the time. Explain the symptoms. Thx

I've tried 3 different ram sets, at different speeds. My pc works fine until it randomly blue screens, usually when I put it under too much load.
I have my cpu at 4.7 with an avx offset of 1 @ 1.25v
Fresh install of windows, how would I send dump files? Temps are good, great even, I have no clue what's happening

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffb5814725a2fc, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff803736aa631, address which referenced memory

a new crash i just got system service exception which doesn't explain much to me

I would first look at the ram speed and timings as that BSOD can be caused by an unstable memory overclock. Your I7 9700kf supports DDR4 at 2666Mhz anything faster is overclocking the memory controller so 3600Mhz may be too fast for your CPU.

I just saw you are overclocking your CPU, so I would assume your overclock is unstable.

It doesn't help posting the analyze -v text. In any case the two dumps suggest that RAM is indeed the problem here. You know that you can't just install any RAM you fancy? You need to ensure that the RAM is on the QVL for the motherboard. The RAM QVL for your board is here.

I've tried default bios settings and it still crashes. I've tried 3 sets of memory all with different speeds and still crashes. I've tried 2133mhz, 2666, 2933. It worked before but overtime its just failed more and more. I'm taking it to a tech who can diagnose for me.

Do you get the BSOD when your computer is running at stock speeds?
