win 10 bsod

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL -- getting this error on win 10 after ssd upgrade . I've tried many things but still getting it . My computer is little bit old its a Dell Xps 1645 . I got a samsung 750 evo 250 gb . It's not just bsod sometiems when in idle or doing something in Windows screen goes black and needs to restart . Sometimes it auto restarts and sometimes blue screen errors like this .

Here is the minidump file . I hope somebody can figure out what causes the problem . Or shall I dump this computer ...

You may also want to consider a regular backup plan for your computer; including either a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. RollBack Rx)

First of all thank you for your response but I'm using CC cleaner for it . I have no problem removing drivers etc. My problem is to understand what causes the problem exactly therefore I need someone to check out the dumpfile . As I've said I tried many solutions , upgraded all drivers with driver booster etc. checked dll. problems too . Again I really need a tech master to see what causes the problem . Thank you .
